Welcome to HutaoCloud. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our proxy service. By registering or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

HutaoCloud provides network proxy services that enable users to access global internet resources. The service includes subscription management, node access, and client technical support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this service. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 You must not use this service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: distributing illegal content, conducting network attacks, or gaining unauthorized access to third-party systems.

3.2 You must not abuse service resources, including excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades the experience for other users, or large-scale automated scraping.

3.3 You must not share or resell your account credentials to third parties.

4. Plans and Payments

4.1 All plan prices are quoted in Chinese yuan (CNY). Each plan is valid for 31 days from the date of activation.

4.2 Payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests submitted within 3 days of purchase via the ticket system will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on actual usage.

4.3 We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features. Price changes will be communicated to users in advance.

5. Service Availability

5.1 We are committed to providing a stable service but are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, network infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance.

5.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, and will endeavor to provide advance notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the service are the property of HutaoCloud and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site announcement. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties.
